Yesterday Facebook announced Facebook Business Suite, one place across mobile and desktop for businesses to access the tools they have to thrive across Facebook and Instagram. Currently, Business Suite includes tools like posting, messaging, insights, and advertising capabilities, improving the experience of managing a business across facebook apps.

They find that business owners want to raised operate across Facebook’s apps but are busy running their businesses. With Business Suite, they will manage all their activities in one place, giving them time back to specialize in other aspects of their business.

Getting Started

To get the foremost out of Business Suite, we recommend you initially link your Facebook and Instagram business accounts if they aren’t already. Once you are doing that, here are a couple of ways you’ll cash in of key product features:

View updates at a glance:

See all critical alerts, messages, comments, and other activity across Facebook and Instagram that require your attention within the Business Suite home screen, allowing you to simply prioritize and manage your commercial activity throughout the day. Try fixing a customized saved reply for common questions and make a shortcut to streamline responses.

Share together with your Facebook and Instagram communities:

Draft a replacement feed post for both Facebook and Instagram, then schedule it to be published at a time that creates sense for your core audience.

Navigate to the “Insights” tab to look at insights on reach, engagement, and post-performance across Facebook and Instagram. See what’s resonating with customers and optimize your efforts for every platform.

Accessing Business Suite

To access Business Suite, log into the Facebook account related to your business. Then, if you’re eligible, you’ll automatically be redirected to Business Suite once you visit business.facebook.com on desktop.

If you’re already using the Pages Manager App on mobile, you’ll automatically see the choice to opt into Business Suite. If you aren’t currently using the Pages Manager App, you’ll visit the iOS or Android app stores to download the Facebook Business Suite app.
